Course Scheduling Suggestions
You should begin with the following core courses, which need to be taken sequentially.
- Introduction to Project Management
- Project Planning and Scheduling Techniques
- Project Execution and Control
All other courses, except the capstone Project Management Practicum, may be taken in any order, at any time.
Prerequisites for the Project Management Practicum: Completion of all core courses (120 hours), except Project 2007 for Project Managers, which may be taken concurrently with the Practicum.
Typical Path
Most participants take three quarters to complete our Project Management program. Some opt to proceed at a slower pace, taking longer to finish. Following is a typical three-quarter progression through the curriculum:
First Quarter
Second Quarter
Third Quarter
Attendance Policy
Participants must complete a minimum of 70% of the total number of hours in a single course to receive a certificate of completion for that course. If you miss more than 30% of a course, you will need to re-take the course and pay for the tuition for that course again.
